How to Share a Design File from Canva

 

Want to get custom stickers created, but you're stuck exporting it from Canva? Or perhaps you need a few tweaks done to the file itself. Our expert team of designers will work their magic and turn your vision into a reality.

Please follow these simple steps to get a sharable link of your design to send to us. Our design team can't wait to get working on it.

On a Mobile? Follow these steps:

Step 1: Open your file and click the top right purple Up Arrow button

Step 2: Click the Share Link text and then change the dropdown options to Anyone With the Link & Can Edit.

Step 3: Click the Copy Link purple button. You will get a Copied to your Clipboard notification. Then all you have to do is paste it into the email that you send to us.

 

On a Desktop? Follow these steps:

Step 1: Open your file and click the top right purple Up Arrow

Step 2: Click on the "Only you can access" drop down menu.

Step 3: Change the dropdown options to Anyone With the Link & Can Edit. Click the Copy Link purple button.

 

Step 4: You will get a Copied to your Clipboard notification.

Then all you have to do is paste it into the email that you send to us.

 

How We Will Work With Your File:

Once you send us your link, our team will open it and duplicate it into our workspace. This will mean that your original file stays as is and is protected.

 

We will then do the work that you have requested and send it back to you for approval.

 

Once you have approved the Canva file, we will send you back the finished Canva file, along with print-ready files for you to get printed as Custom Stickers.

 

Your files are safe with us. We will not share them with anyone outside of Bright Star Prints.

 

Got a Multi-page Document?

If you only want us to work on 1 design, but you've got it on a multi-page document, please copy the design that you want onto a different document that you then share with us.

 

If you don't know how to do this, please send us the document you have and clearly indicate what page the design is on. Please provide a visual of it to ensure we work on the correct design.

 

How Much Does It Cost To Get My Designs Fixed?

If it's a simple adjustment that will only take our team a few minutes to complete, then this will be included in the cost of your sticker order.

 

However, if a large amount of work is required, then we will give you an estimated cost, which starts at $99. We want to support you in creating the best designs, so we always try to make them affordable.
